Ghen Maynard, who helped put “Survivor,” “The Amazing Race,” and “Big Brother” on CBS, is stepping down from the network and becoming a producer based at CBS, TelevisionWeek reports. CBS and The CW will have a first look at the projects Maynard develops, the paper says.
