IMG Sports Media’s Slamball contests are set to broadcast on Versus and CBS, Daily Variety reports. The sport is described as “team action sport” that incorporates elements from other traditional events. Versus will air eight matchups beginning Aug. 31 leading up to the finals’ telecast on CBS in November, the trade says.
