Since being hired by NBC as a host of the fourth hour of “Today,” Kathie Lee Gifford been criticized by viewers for cutting off or talking over the shows other hosts and guests, the New York Times says. NBC maintains it is pleased with having hired Gifford, the paper says, adding that viewership for the hour has dropped since she joined the program.

I’m not surprised the ratings dropped for the “fourth your” (spell check and preview, people! LOL )of Today. A lot of people don’t care much for Kathie Lee.
Who neeeds a fourth hour of Today, anyway? NBC should turn it into a separate show with a new name and format.
