The Screen Actors Guild missed another significant deadline in its contract negotiations with the studios, the Hollywood Reporter says. Producers gave the guild until Friday to accept the terms of the “final” offer proposed on June 30 and still receive compensation retroactive July 1 under the new terms. SAG says it is still negotiating terms, although the studios say the final offer will not change, according to the trade paper.
