Christina Applegate, star of ABC’s comedy “Samantha Who?,” is fighting breast cancer but is expected to make a full recovery, the Associated Press reports, citing the actress’s spokeswoman. Applegate, who first became known as Al Bundy’s daughter on “Married…With Children,” has been an advocate for breast cancer research and is scheduled to appear in the special “Stand Up To Cancer” being aired on ABC, CBS and NBC next month.
