Breathing Life Into ‘Life on Mars’

ABC’s interpretation of the British series “Life on Mars” has been not without its own drama, facing production setbacks and creative team shuffles, the Los Angeles Times reports. The network, however, seems to have high hopes for the show, scheduling its debut for Oct. 9 after “Grey’s Anatomy.” The pressure is being felt by those involved in the project, including star Jason O’Mara, the only actor kept on board the current incarnation after the original pilot was scrapped.
