The CW’s “One Tree Hill” has begun its sixth season, a feat that surprises the cast and crew of the teen drama, the Associated Press reports. The series, which like many WB/The CW shows has suffered from low ratings in the past but maintains a dedicated fan base, reached the 100-episode mark last spring. One actor not continuing with the series is Robbie Jones, whose character, Quentin, was the victim of a surprise plot twist: He was shot and killed in a gas-station robbery, TV Guide says.
