Writer Sheldon Keller Dies

Sheldon Keller, a veteran writer of the 1950s sketch comedy series “Caesar’s Hour,” died on Monday of complications from Alzheimer’s disease, Daily Variety reports. Keller works on “Caesar’s” with Woody Allen, Mel Brooks, Carl Reiner and Neil Simon. He also wrote variety shows for Frank Sinatra, Dick Van Dyke and Carol Channing, for which he won an Emmy, the trade reports. Keller was 85 years old.
