Will Arnett, one of the stars of the late, lamented “Arrested Development,” is close to signing a talent and development deal with Fox, TelevisionWeek reports. Under the deal, Fox will develop a series for Arnett to star in. Arnett’s wife, Amy Poehler of “Saturday Night Live,” recently signed a deal to star in a new comedy for NBC.
