Sinclair Broadcast Group said it booked $150.1 million in net revenue, including $8.7 million in political spots, for the three months ending Sept. 30, TVNewsday reports. Sinclair President and CEO David Smith said the economic crisis prompted the company to repurchase 2.7 million shares in the third quarter, the publication says.
