Cable Companies Team Up for DTV

Comcast, Time-Warner and Charter are teaming up with several legislators from Black, Hispanic and Asian Pacific caucuses for a series of public service announcements on the upcoming transition to digital television broadcasts, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The ads, targeted at minority groups, will remind people about the switch, in addition to assuring cable subscribers that they will not need to take additional action.
