Tina Fey, Miley Cyrus and Michael Phelps are among this year’s “10 Most Fascinating People,” the Associated Press reports. The special, airing Dec. 4 and hosted by Barbara Walters on ABC, also named Tom Cruise, Rush Limbaugh and Will Smith to the list. The final four honorees, plus the most fascinating person of the year, were not revealed.
