Mitch Hurwitz and Ron Howard are reportedly close to signing deals for the long-rumored and –awaited “Arrested Development” film, the Hollywood Reporter says. Hurwitz will serve as writer as well as direct along with Howard. The project comes from Imagine and Fox Searchlight, the trade says.
