Mark Cuban Turns Tables on SEC

Mark Cuban took to his blog to comment on insider trading accusations from the Securities and Exchange Commission, Broadcasting & Cable reports. Attorneys for Cuban say the HDNet chairman “intends to contest the allegations and to demonstrate that the Commission’s claims are infected by the misconduct of the staff of its Enforcement Division,” the trade says. The SEC’s filing says Cuban avoided some $750,000 in losses by selling stock in Momma.com after receiving some inside information, TelevisionWeek reports.
