Sarah Palin to air Wednesday, “Today” co-host asks the former candidate for VP about her interview with CBS News’ Katie Couric and whether the criticisms about her performance harmed her self-confidence, TVNewser reports. “No. … I’m sure that some of my impatience showed through in that interview,” Palin tells Lauer. “I think it also showed, though, certainly as a Washington outsider, and as somebody—not one to just, I guess, kind of play in the campaigning media game that is—just repeating … memorized lines in an interview. That’s not me.”
