“American Idol” judge Paula Abdul blasted producers of the Fox singing competition for allowing her recently deceased stalker Paula Goodspeed to get closer to her during an audition for the show’s fifth season, People Magazine reports. Abdul spoke to Barbara Walters on her XM radio show “Barbara Live!” Monday night, where she said Goodspeed had been contacting her for almost 18 years, the magazine says. Goodspeed committed suicide outside Abdul’s home last month, People notes.
