Activision, News Corp. Ink Multiplatform Ad Deal

Video game marketer Activision, which is rolling out a new version of its popular “Guitar Hero” game for the holiday season, is widening its ad deal with News Corp., MediaDailyNews reports. The deal will put Activision on 12 News Corp. properties, including Fox NFL telecasts and the online social network MySpace, the Web site reports.
