Canadians Support Actors Guild

Canadian actors will support the Screen Actors Guild’s efforts to get more concessions from the Hollywood studios and will comply by not working for any production affected by a possible actors strike, Web site DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reports, citing the Toronto Star. While members of the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television & Radio Artists have benefited from more U.S. production moving north of the border, strikes such as the one by the Writers Guild of America earlier this year have slowed down work, the Web site says.
