“Scrubs” fans can count on Tom Cavanagh to make an appearance in the show’s eighth season when it returns on ABC, TVGuide reports. The actor, who has made occasional appearances as Zach Braff’s brother on the show, said, “The chances are 100%” that he would return, considering an “encore” episode of the show featuring other returning guest stars was filmed in September, the magazine says.
