“CSI’s” recent addition of Laurence Fishburne to the cast may usher in a change to the face of prime-time TV, more than Barack Obama’s presidential election win, the Washington Post opines. The show announced Fishburne would be added as a series regular earlier this summer before Obama’s election win, though some think it “shrewd” to make a political connection considering Fishburne is joining the No. 1 series on TV as opposed to starting a new one altogether, the newspaper says.
