NBC Taking Super Bowl Ad Time for Shows

NBC will take five minutes of advertising time during its Feb. 1 broadcast of the Super Bowl to promote its own programs, Advertising Age says. Between two to four minutes could possibly be given during its half-time show, and the network will use the time to “re-introduce” viewers to its programs.
