News Corp is moving its stock-market listing to NASDAQ from the New York Stock Exchange, the Wall Street Journal reports. A person familiar with the shift tells the Journal that NASDAQ agreed to increase its advertising on News Corp. properties to convince Rupert Murdoch’s sprawling media company to leave the Big Board.
