Fox, CBS and NBC might see mediocre ratings with this season’s NFL playoffs because of the absence of big-name teams such as the Cowboys, Patriots or Jets, the New York Post says. A championship game between the Carolina Panthers and the Tennessee Titans, which don’t have a national fan base, might pose a problem for NBC, which is broadcasting the Super Bowl.
