One of the factions within the Screen Actors Guild sent an e-mail to members of the union saying they should think twice before rushing into a strike, the Los Angeles Times reports. “In these historically difficult economic times, every reasonable possibility for making a deal must be explored before considering a job action, and based on the media reports we’ve seen, we’re concerned this hasn’t happened,” says the email, sent by Amy Aquino and Arye Gross to other members of the Unite for Strength group.
