Screen Actors Guild President Alan Rosenberg on Thursday indicated he still expects the union’s members to vote in favor of a strike, despite opposition from such well-known actors as George Clooney, Russell Crowe and Tom Hanks, Daily Variety says. Some labor observers have grown doubtful about whether SAG members will vote for the strike, given the recession and a split within the guild.
