Tribune Co. is talking with bankers and lawyers about the possibility of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, the Wall Street Journal reports. Among the assets Tribune could sell to reduce its debts are the Chicago Cubs baseball team and the company’s stake in Food Network.
