Jennifer Love Hewitt has won a restraining order against a 62-year-old man she says had been stalking her, the Associated Press reports. A judge in Burbank, California yesterday granted her a three-year restraining order against David Nolte, who, according to Love Hewitt’s petition, had sold his home in Colorado and moved to Los Angeles to be closer to her, the AP says.
