Sunflower Broadband continued a retransmission consent dispute with Hearst-Argyle Television in Kansas City, Mo., with ABC affiliate KMBC-TV and CW affiliate KCWE-TV pulling their signals, Multichannel News reports. About 10% of the Kansas City market, or 31,000 subscribers, are affected. Hearst-Argyle wants compensation of about $200,000 a year for the stations.
