WNYW-TV in New York has named Dari Alexander co-anchor of its 5 p.m. and 10 p.m newscasts after she had filled in on an interim basis, New York Daily News reports. She’s paired with anchor Ernie Anastos on the broadcast and had been filling in since September when Rosanna Scotto moved to “Good Day New York,” the newspaper says.
