Families of war victims will have the right to decide whether the media will be allowed to cover the return of war dead to Dover Air Force Base, reversing an 18-year ban by the Pentagon on such coverage, Broadcasting & Cable reports. Media companies had favored overturning the policy, while others had said the ban helped preserve the privacy of the families, B&C says.
