Fox is launching “Dollhouse” as its second series using a format with shorter commercial breaks, the New York Times reports. Fox charged higher ad rates for “Fringe,” its first show using the “Remote Free TV” approach, and says spots are generating higher recall, but tells the paper that “the jury is still out on the economics.”
