The ABC drama pilot “Happy Town,” a “Twin Peaks”-like show set in a small town dealing with a murder, has tapped Geoff Stults to play the lead with the part of the sheriff solving the case, the Hollywood Reporter says. Separately, Shonda Rhimes’ ABC pilot “Inside the Box” hired Martin Henderson, who will play the male love interest on the show, set at a Washington, D.C., television-network news bureau, the trade paper says.
