Rogers Media, a division of Canadian cable television leader Rogers Communications, acquired the rights to air ABC series “In the Motherhood” and “Surviving Suburbia” at the same time as they air in the U.S., the Hollywood Reporter says. Rogers, which is trying to compete with CTV and Global Television, also will broadcast NBC’s Amy Poehler comedy “Parks and Recreation,” the newspaper reports.
