Rosenberg’s SAG Restraining Order Denied

Feb 3, 2009  •  Post A Comment

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has denied Screen Actors Guild President Alan Rosenberg’s request for a restraining order that would have prevented the guild from restarting contract renegotiations with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, Daily Variety reports. The judge found that the application did not fulfill all of its procedural grounds, and Rosenberg’s attorney said they will try again Thursday, the trade says.

  1. Really? What did Alan Rosenberg expect? What he should concern himself with is a potential Recall. It’s getting ugly in Hollywood and Mr.Rosenberg is running out of friends. Mr. Rosenberg. A simple reminder. If ever the I.A.T.S.E. lines up against youm yer done. You cannot film an informercial, if Grip/Elec stands against you.
