Rosie O’Donnell, whose Lifetime movie “America” was filmed in Detroit and premieres Feb. 28, says she intends to film her next project in the city, the Associated Press reports. O’Donnell discovered Philip Johnson, the actor who plays the title role of foster-care-raised America, at a Detroit restaurant, the wire service says.
