Vermont’s television stations were swamped with calls after they switched to digital transmission, the Rutland Herald reports. The stations had set up a call center at Vermont Public Television, which received an estimated 700 inquiries and complaints on Wednesday. On Thursday it received about two-thirds that number, the newspaper says.
