The FCC should revisit restrictions on combined ownership of broadcast stations and newspapers given the publishing industry’s struggles, acting chairman Michael Copps tells Bloomberg News. The FCC’s rule doesn’t meet “the needs of the industry, the economy or the public,” he said, the news service reports.
