Richard Dreyfuss will star with Jason Biggs in the CBS comedy pilot “Happiness Isn’t Everything,” the Hollywood Reporter says. The pilot follows three adult siblings and their parents, with Dreyfuss playing the overly involved, pushy father, the trade paper says. Biggs will play one of the children.
