Fallon Embraces Late-Night Geeks

Jimmy Fallon is embracing new media and technology in order to build an audience for his late night talk show, the Los Angeles Times reports. Fallon has posted video clips on his Web site and used Facebook and Twitter. “You can’t do a show nowadays that doesn’t mention the Internet,” “Late Night” producer Gavin Purcell, who formerly worked for the G4 cable network, which focuses on video game culture, tells the paper. “It’s where people spend so much time every day.”
