Marilu Henner will appear as a guest star on the final episode of “ER,” scheduled to air April 2, Entertainment Weekly reports. Other casting news includes “Brothers & Sister’s” Balthazar Getty appearing in a guest role in an upcoming episode of “Medium” and Amy Madigan returning as an on-call shrink in next month’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” the magazine says.
