Julie Gardner has been hired as an executive producer at BBC Worldwide America to serve under Jane Tranter, executive VP of programming and production, the Hollywood Reporter says. The move reunites Tranter with Wales, who previously oversaw drama for BBC Wales and oversaw the revival of “Doctor Who” and its spinoffs, the site says.
