Media lobbyists are taking a wait-and-see stance as they gauge how best to deal with the new administration, which appears to want to keep lobbyists at a distance, Broadcasting & Cable reports. “Everybody’s being a little cautious, and no one knows for certain what to expect. The president has so many bigger fish to fry with the economy,” one unnamed Viacom executive tells the trade magazine. Washington types are also wondering when Julius Genachowski will recieve the official While House nod for he FCC, B&C reports.
