Dustin Milligan, who plays the jock Ethan on “90210,” won’t return full-time to the show in the fall, Entertainment Weekly reports. The actor’s contract option isn’t being picked up for next season, although he might appear briefly in the fall to tie up his character’s story, the publication says.
