New York State officials are proposing options for revamping the Empire State Film Production Tax Credit to bring film and TV productions to New York, Daily Variety reports. One option might be scaling back the number of incentives, while New York state AFL-CIO president Denis M. Hughes planned to urge Gov. David Paterson to replenish the program, the trade paper says.
