The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has set next year’s Oscars ceremony and telecast for March 7, the Hollywood Reporter says. The ceremony, airing live on ABC live from the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, was moved to March in order to avoid conflict with the Closing Ceremony of next year’s Winter Olympics, the trade adds.
