In TV, just about everything is subject to the approval of the show runner, the Washington Post says. “At any one time you are shooting an episode, prepping another episode, editing the last episode, breaking stories for future episodes,” Noah Hawley, show runner of ABC’s new series “The Unusuals” tells the paper. “It’s a lot about keeping the big picture of the show in your head.”
