Television editor Ed Cotter, who won an Emmy for his work on “Happy Days,” has died, Daily Variety says. He was 80. Cotter edited “Happy Days” for more than nine years and had also worked as an editor on shows including “Laverne and Shirley” and “Dear John,” Variety says.
