CBS News is turning to its documentary-style format “CBS Reports” in order to show stories of how the struggling economy is affecting children, the Associated Press reports. CBS will air these segments as part of its extensive coverage to be featured on various news shows for a week in May, the news service adds. CBS’ Sean McManus said, “We haven’t done a real divisionwide initiative for a while and it was time to do it,” according to the AP.
