Dr Pepper Grabs Spots Dumped by Car Dealers

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is getting a 5% to 10% break on ad time in regional markets by buying up ad time abandoned by car dealers and banks, Bloomberg reports. The discount allows the company to advertise A&W root beer and Mott’s apple juice on TV for the first time in seven years, the news service says.
