William Morris Agency’s board pushed back a vote on a proposed merger with Endeavor originally scheduled for Friday until next week, to gain more time to discuss and understand the issues, Daily Variety reports. Concerns include compensation for the company’s top executives and the effect the merger talks are having on agents and clients, the trade paper says. The 20-member board is likely to be reduced to just five or six representatives from WMA if the merger goes forward, the Hollywood Reporter says.
